You agree not to exploit bugs, use automation tools, or tamper with game data to gain unfair advantages. Any attempt to disrupt the game’s balance or harm other players’ experience (in multiplayer features) may result in account suspension.

All content — including recipes, artwork, music, and code — is owned by Spice Kingdom or its licensors. You may not stream, record, or publish gameplay for commercial purposes without prior approval. Fan content is allowed as long as it is non‑commercial and credits the game.

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, hardware damage, or any indirect damages arising from use. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the game.

We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must delete all copies of the game. Sections 3, 4, and 6 survive termination.
